Beamer is a true reflection of the heart behind EverOak Labradors & Sussex Spaniels — preservation first, always. Now an AKC Grand Champion and proven stud dog, he is the result of a thoughtfully planned breeding between two exceptional, fully health-tested parents whose structure, temperament, and breed type aligned beautifully. This pairing was made with long-term purpose and vision, never convenience.
As he has matured, Beamer has developed into a substantial, correct English-type Labrador with strong bone, balanced movement, and the classic outline we strive to preserve. In the ring, he carries himself with quiet confidence and steady presence. At home, he is affectionate, gentle, and deeply devoted — embodying the stable temperament that defines the Labrador Retriever.
While we are grateful for his titles, ribbons are never the ultimate goal at EverOak. Legacy is. Beamer represents generations of carefully selected bloodlines, comprehensive health testing, and dedication to the AKC breed standard. As a proven stud, he now plays an important role in carrying forward the qualities we value most — structure, soundness, temperament, and integrity.

Dilute Gene Testing & Coat Color Integrity
The EverOak Commitment
Due to the ongoing controversy surrounding silver and other diluted coat colors, we believe in complete transparency and responsible genetic stewardship.
At EverOak Labradors & Sussex Spaniels, all of our breeding Labradors are DNA tested not only for coat color but specifically for the “D” locus (dilution gene). We are proud to state that every Labrador in our program is 100% dilute free (DD).
As preservation breeders, protecting the integrity of the Labrador Retriever is paramount. Careful genetic testing ensures that we uphold the official breed standard while safeguarding health, pigment, and long-term breed consistency.
We do not simply speak about preservation — we document it.
Beamer is truly on a hot streak with his show career - as of April 2024 he has received 10 straight Best of Breed 3 point majors! He has completed his AKC Grand Championship Title and is working towards his Bronze Championship.
